Before you can submit an event, you must read and accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Prohibited Content and Activities
You agree not to submit, post, or promote any event listings that contain, facilitate, or relate to any of the following:
Any illegal acts, substances, or activities under local, state, or federal law.
Adult content, pornography, sexually explicit material, or escort services.
Violence, hate speech, harassment, or defamatory material.
Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive information.

2. Content Moderation and Removal Rights
We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to review, refuse to post, remove, or modify any event listings or user-submitted content at any time—including, but not limited to, any listings that violate the Prohibited Content rules above—for any reason or no reason, without prior notice and without liability to you. The inclusion of any event on our website does not imply our endorsement or promotion. We incur no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the removal or rejection of any event listing.

3. Account Creation, Suspension, and Termination
To post events, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, deactivate, or permanently terminate your account at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice and without liability to you. If your account is terminated or suspended, your right to post events or access existing event listings will cease immediately, and we may delete any content associated with your account.
