PennDOT has announced the following road work projects in Schuylkill County:
Butler, West Mahony, and Mahony Townships will see milling and paving work done on PA 54 between Ashland Borough and Shenandoah Borough. Drivers should expect Lane restrictions with flagging from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Butler and Foster Townships will see Pothole Patching on High Road between Foster and Butler Townships. Expect lane restrictions from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Work is scheduled to start today and is estimated to end on Friday
Pine Grove Borough will see bridge repair work on PA 443 between Laurel Street and American Legion Boulevard. Expect lane shifting from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Work is estimated to begin today and is estimated to end on Friday
St. Clair Borough and East Norwegian Township will see pothole patching done on PA 61 between Mammies Avenue and Hancock Street. Expect lane closures from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Work is estimated to begin today and is estimated to end on Friday
In Schuylkill Township, expect pothole patching on US 209 between Middleport Borough and Tamaqua Borough. Expect lane closures in effect from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
